Agreement to Terms

By accessing 3edumpsters.com or using the services provided by 3E Dumpsters, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Services Overview

3E Dumpsters provides 20-yard roll-off dumpster rentals for residential and commercial use. Our service area includes Parker County, Wise County, Palo Pinto County, and Tarrant County in Texas. Services include dumpster delivery, pickup, and disposal of approved materials at licensed facilities.

Dumpster Rental Terms

Rental Period

We offer two rental periods: 7-day and 30-day. Your rental period begins on the day of delivery. If you need the dumpster longer than your selected period, daily extensions are available at a flat rate. Contact us before your rental expires to add days. There is no rebooking or new contract required for extensions.

Included Tonnage & Overage

Each rental includes 2 tons of disposal weight. All loads are weighed at a certified landfill scale upon pickup. If your load exceeds the included 2 tons, an overage fee applies per ton beyond the allowance. You will receive a weight receipt showing the exact tonnage.

Delivery & Placement

We deliver the dumpster to the location you specify. You are responsible for ensuring the placement area is accessible, level, and free of overhead obstructions such as power lines, tree branches, or low-hanging structures. The driver will make the final placement decision based on site safety.

If the delivery location requires the dumpster to be placed on a public street or right-of-way, you are responsible for obtaining any required permits from your local municipality before delivery.

Driveway & Property Protection

Roll-off dumpsters are heavy. While we take care during placement, we are not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, landscaping, or underground utilities caused by delivery, placement, or pickup of the container. If you have concerns about your driveway surface, we recommend placing plywood boards at the drop location. Let us know in advance and we can discuss placement options.

Fill Level

Do not fill the dumpster above the top edge of the container walls. Overloaded dumpsters cannot be safely transported and may result in additional charges or require you to remove excess material before pickup. All debris must remain inside the container.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for the dumpster once it is placed on your property. This includes ensuring it is used only for approved materials, is not overfilled, and is accessible for pickup at the end of the rental period. You are also responsible for any third-party use or misuse of the container while it is at your location.

Pricing & Payment

All pricing is provided at the time of booking. Quotes reflect the selected rental period and included tonnage. Final charges may differ from the initial quote if the load exceeds the weight allowance, if the rental period is extended, or if prohibited materials are loaded.

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our booking page. All sales are in U.S. dollars.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible at (682) 252-2142. Cancellations made before the dumpster is dispatched for delivery will receive a full refund. Once the dumpster has been loaded onto the delivery truck or is in transit, cancellation fees may apply. We will communicate any applicable fees before finalizing the cancellation.

Liability & Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3E Dumpsters, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or violations of local regulations related to dumpster placement or use.

3E Dumpsters is not responsible for damage to any items left in, near, or around the dumpster, or for any damage resulting from improper loading, prohibited materials, or unauthorized use of the container.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, the total liability of 3E Dumpsters for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific rental giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 3E Dumpsters be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

All content on 3edumpsters.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of 3E Dumpsters and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission. Using our website for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any external websites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Parker County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties agree to waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Force Majeure

3E Dumpsters shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations when caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government actions, labor disputes, equipment failure, or supply chain disruptions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
